It's the little things that bring back so many memories...like starch?? I remember as a little girl watching my Memama {Grandmother} iron all her and my Granddaddy's clothes....she would spray the clothes and roll them up and put them in the freezer. I don't know why she wanted them cold, I never ask. I do use starch now myself but don't freeze my clothes. Memama did teach me a lot of things..I miss her!
Spring is in the air and what joy that brings to me. I do love winter and summer...but spring and fall are my favorites. Time for cleaning out the house and cleaning up the yard after the winter. Time for windows to be opened up and let fresh air in. Birds are singing and are all over the yard. I took this picture the other day and there were what seemed like hundreds of birds out and about. I am enjoying the weather and the birds.
It's warm..it's cold...our weather is crazy. It has rained a lot lately and I guess the Azaleas decided to come out. We just had to stop and smell them.
