{On A Roll}

I have struggled with bread making for a long time...but I think I got it now!  I love these rolls and I like it because you can use this dough to make cinnamon rolls too.  I have made them several times now and they are great!

5 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt

Add 2 tablespoons yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in 2 cups warm water.  I use my mixer.  Let stand for about ten minutes.  Add 2 cups flour, oil and salt.  Mix together.  Add 3 more cups of flour and mix in mixer with dough hook for 8 minutes.  Spray a bowl with cooking spray and place dough making sure the dough is covered in spray.  Let rise for 1hour.  Make into balls (makes about 14 rolls) and place in the pan and let rise again for 1 hour.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, butter the top and enjoy!!
